Founded in 2007, Fatto A Mano is the brainchild of husband and wife team, Mario and Sandra Cucuzza, who, with over 50 years of experience running a restaurant and two catering companies between them, have created an iconic bakery nestled in the inner city suburb of Fitzroy.
He is the mastermind behind the multiple varieties of organic sourdough bread that are crafted from a starter which is over 9 years old (in this case, the older the better) and she is responsible for the delectable assortment of sweets, not the least of which is the chocolate walnut brownie, a definite favourite amongst the locals!
